Overview

Lead Developer | PythiaShape the future of AI-powered marketing from PunePythia is a next-generation AI assistant built to empower marketers with data-driven intelligence. Imagine Jarvis for marketing, seamlessly combining artificial intelligence, analytics, and intuitive design to change the way professionals interact with their data.We are looking for a Lead Developer who is ready to step into an exciting leadership role. Role

What you will doAs Lead Developer, you will take the CTO’s vision and bring it to life. You will manage day-to-day delivery of the Pythia platform, mentor your team, and collaborate across AI, front-end, and back-end disciplines. You will stay hands-on with code, architecture, and problem-solving while developing your leadership skills with support from our CTO and the wider Bray Leino Labs team.Leadership and Planning

Translate product vision into technical tasks and deliverables
Design scalable, future-ready technical architecture
Collaborate across AI, front-end, and back-end teams
Support sprint planning, task prioritisation, and roadmap creation
Contribute ideas and insight to technical strategy discussions

Development and Execution

Write and review code, troubleshoot problems, and lead by example
Work with AI engineers to integrate and optimise machine learning models
Oversee front-end and back-end implementations that are robust and user friendly
Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment

Team Collaboration

Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and growth
Strengthen communication across AI, design, and engineering
Keep close contact with the CTO and international teams to ensure alignment

Technical Oversight

Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks early
Stay up to date with advances in AI, ML, and data engineering
Maintain high standards of security, performance, and scalability

What you bring
Technical Skills

Strong full-stack expertise:
Back-end: Python, Node.js, or similar with microservices
Front-end: React, Angular, or Vue.js for intuitive interfaces
AI/ML: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and model deployment
Data Engineering: Data pipelines, ETL, and large-scale processing
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP with Docker or Kubernetes
DevOps: Strong CI/CD and automation experience

Leadership and Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Experience mentoring engineers and building positive team culture
Confident decision-making in uncertain situations
A product-first mindset with passion for user-centric tools

Bonus Points

Experience in marketing platforms, analytics tools, or data-focused SaaS
Knowledge of NLP and conversational AI
Skills with data visualisation libraries and frameworks
