Senior Designer

You will be responsible for handling multiple brands and overseeing design projects from conceptualization to completion. Your role will involve creating new and original designs for brands based on customer specifications and brand image. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing design concepts that align with the business objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Create new and original designs for brands based on customer specifications, needs, and brand image. - Develop design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization. - Oversee the design project from concept to delivery, including concepts, sketches, fabrics, and trends. - Review products for style and fit before sharing/presenting to the customer. - Work closely with merchants and factories to develop products. - Stay updated with changing global trends and market insights. - Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques. - Prepare new product presentations and share them with customers according to the current season. - Visit suppliers and conduct market surveys to develop and research new designs and fabrics. - Attend fabric and accessories fairs to gather new inputs. - Identify potential vendors and factories for product development. - Make presentations of the latest developments and share them timely across the brands. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree from NIFT/Pearl. - Industrial Experience of 5-6 years with Export/Buying house. - Proficiency with design software and editing tools. - Good command over design techniques and visual elements. - Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. - Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others. - Strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development, and the creative process. - Great time management and multitasking skills.
