What We Expect

experienced Landscape Architects or Architects

The ideal candidate will:

• Take responsibility for schematic design, detailed development, and project delivery.
• Lead post-concept design stages with confidence, guiding team members from inception to completion.
• Collaborate as part of a team in preparing production information and working drawing packages.
• Plan and program deliverables, delegate tasks, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Compile reports, documents, and materials for bids, expressions of interest, and competitions.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration with structural, MEP, and building services in support of the overall landscape design intent.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to clients, contractors, and consultants—tailoring presentations to the needs of each audience, from high-level concepts to technical details.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the latest, relevant, and innovative materials and technologies to support informed design decisions.
• Support and guide junior team members through mentorship and active involvement, while ensuring resource requirements and potential issues are clearly communicated to the Team Leader.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified

  Landscape Architect

  or

  Architect

  with

  5–10 years of experience

  in a landscape consultancy.

• Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master’s Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) – LANDSCAPE preferred
• Strong design focus with the ability to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Passionate about design and current developments within the landscape architecture field.
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp

• Ability to produce freehand sketches and high-quality illustrations.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptable, approachable, and proactive in problem-solving.
