Senior Data Test Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute
data migration testing
strategies, including validation approaches and statistical sampling techniques.
Perform
ETL testing
using tools such as
Ab Initio
and/or
Informatica
to verify data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Conduct
data obfuscation, reconciliation, and quality checks
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards.
Validate
regulatory and operational reporting
to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
Implement and maintain
automation testing frameworks
for data validation and verification processes.
Design, document, and execute comprehensive
test plans, test cases, and scripts
specifically for data migration projects.
Use
SQL
to perform complex data queries, validation, and analysis.
Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and document defects, track resolutions, and ensure quality sign-off for all data migration deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years
of proven experience in
data migration testing
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
ETL testing tools
(Ab Initio and/or Informatica).
Proven experience in
data obfuscation, reconciliation, data quality, and governance testing
.
In-depth understanding of
regulatory and operational reporting testing
.
Experience in
automation testing frameworks
for data validation.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
