Senior Data Test Analyst

GLOINNT is looking for Senior Data Test Analyst to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Collaborate with the testing team, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases
Analyze and validate data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data flow across systems and processes Design and execute data validation tests to verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data Develop and maintain test data sets that represent various scenarios and data conditions Execute test scripts and perform data analysis to identify and report data quality issues, anomalies, or discrepancies Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports Collaborate with the development team to understand data structures, data models, and database schemas Participate in the identification and resolution of data-related defects, working closely with developers and data engineers Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to ensure data testing aligns with business requirements and user expectations Contribute to the improvement of data testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Stay updated with data testing best practices, tools, and industry trends Work with stakeholders to define and validate data quality metrics and standards Participate in data migration and data integration activities, ensuring data integrity throughout the process Perform root cause analysis of data issues and provide recommendations for resolution and prevention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data compliance with relevant regulations and standards Provide timely and accurate status updates on data testing activities to project managers and team leads
