Role Description

• We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Senior Data Scientist will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, create data visualization dashboards, and provide actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. The role entails collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement data-driven strategies and solve challenging business problems through advanced data science methodologies. Analyze estimation data and develop models that support effort prediction, complexity scoring, and trend analysis for the AI Agent. You are an analytical thinker with a passion for applied AI. 

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.

Expertise regression modeling, statistical analysis, and feature selection.

• Familiar with Azure ML and data experimentation frameworks.

• Skilled in visualization tools like Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

Understanding prompt-based model evaluation and feature importance analysis.

• Nice-to-have: exposure to RAG system evaluation or model calibration techniques.

• Familiar with Azure AI foundry model repository and expereince in using and fin-tuning existing models

• Proficient in data storytelling and exploratory analysis.

• Understanding model validation and experiment tracking.

• Nice-to-have: experience with RAG frameworks, LLM analytics, and Azure Machine Learning.
