The Senior Data Processing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality data operations support and ensuring accurate reporting in line with service levels. A key part of this role is leveraging Russian language knowledge to read, interpret, and validate product information, ensuring accurate categorization and data processing. While this is not a client-facing language role, the ability to understand Russian product details is critical.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality data on time, aligned with agreed service levels and requirements
- Process defined reports, schedules, and tasks by following procedures, delivery timelines, and SLAs
- Act as the client’s advocate within NOC by sharing feedback on client needs and suggesting process improvements
- Understand upstream and downstream processes to ensure clean data delivery and reduce rework across teams
- Provide support in reviewing or translating Russian product descriptions, ensuring correct categorization and data accuracy
Expectations
- Basic knowledge of Russian language (ability to read and interpret product details)
- Clear understanding of FMCG products and industry
- Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1–1.5 years or more experience in operations
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work in teams, and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Good analytical skills and aptitude for data/operational processes
- Project management aptitude (task sequencing, problem solving, critical path awareness)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
