Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver
end-to-end BI & Analytics projects
in the marketing subject area.

Work closely with
CVM and Business Operations teams
to derive actionable insights from data.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using
Qlik Sense
(mandatory) and other visualization tools.

Utilize
Set Analysis, scripting, and UI design
for advanced Qlik Sense development.

Perform
data analysis and SQL-based queries
for data extraction and transformation.

Advocate and work within
Agile environments
for project delivery.

Explore and implement
Gen AI-based reporting tools
for prompt-driven reporting solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Manage and mentor a team of analysts to achieve project goals.

Mandatory Skills:

Past experience as a
Lead Data Analyst
in
Marketing domain
.

Strong expertise in
Qlik Sense
(visualization, Set Analysis, scripting, UI).

Hands-on experience with
SQL
and relational databases.

Experience in
BI & Analytics project delivery
.

Team management experience.

Familiarity with
AWS Quicksight
,
Azure Power BI Studio
, and
GCP Looker Insight
(desirable).

Knowledge of
Gen AI-based reporting tools
.

Preferred Skills:

Industry-recognized
Reporting certifications
(Qlik, Power BI, etc.).

Experience with
distributed systems
,
data pipelines
, and
cloud-based BI solutions
.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
.

4 5+ years of experience in
Data Analytics
, with proven leadership in BI projects.
