Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/Data Analytics Specialist to join our company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Python, PySpark, SQL, Tableau, and Machine Learning including experience with classification and regression algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark and SQL.

· Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

· Develop classification and regression models for predictive analytics projects.

· Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau.

· Work closely with in the team, including business stakeholders, product owners, to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

· Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

· Interpret business needs and translate them into analytic solutions and actionable outcomes.

· Present complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

· 5+ years of proven experience in a data analyst or similar data analytics role.

· Strong hands-on experience with:

o Python (including relevant data libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)

o PySpark for distributed data processing

o SQL for querying and managing large datasets

o Tableau for dashboarding and visualization

· Solid understanding and experience with machine learning techniques, especially classification and regression algorithms.

· Prior experience or knowledge in the banking or financial services domain is highly preferred. H.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
