Senior Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities

• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyses data related to business' issues
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' Data Analysis experience

• Leadership and Mentorship:

• Leading and managing data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, fostering their professional development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools like

  Python, SQL, MySQL, Power BI, Tableau.

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyses complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• Expert in Financial reporting projects on Tableau & Power BI .
• Knowledge of database is advantage.

• Communication Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
