Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Analyst with 5-9 years of experience, specializing in data analytics and possessing exceptional SQL scripting skills, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing critical datasets. Your expertise in interpreting and reporting data analysis results using dashboards and framing SQL queries to derive meaningful insights from data will be crucial. Troubleshooting issues, resolving them within agreed SLAs, and conducting detailed RCA review reporting are also part of your key responsibilities. Your knack for creating additional data sources, metrics, and breakdowns through SQL queries will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, interpret, and analyze critical datasets - Interpret and report data analysis results using dashboards - Frame SQL queries to derive meaningful insights from data - Troubleshoot issues, resolve them within agreed SLAs, and provide detailed RCA review reporting - Write SQL queries to create additional data sources, metrics, and breakdowns - Report custom formatted results to relevant business members - Identify patterns and trends in data sets - Work collaboratively with teams to address business needs - Define new data collection and analysis processes - Participate in project planning and set-up Qualification Required: - Experience with product analytics tools - Proficiency in Advanced SQL queries - Ability to analyze and solve complex cases using process knowledge - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Details: If you are ready to relocate to Hyderabad and possess the required experience and skills, this Senior Data Analyst role is an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your expertise and contribute effectively to the organization.,
