Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle premium travel process queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of customer support principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software or other customer relationship management tools.
