Job Description

Role Overview: As a Device42 Customer Success Engineer at Freshworks, you will play a crucial role in enabling our largest and most strategic customers to quickly realize business value through the implementation of our software. By combining your technology expertise, process discipline, and passion for customer success, you will drive fast time to value for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve fast time to value for customers by assisting with the Installation & Configuration (I&C) of Device42 software - Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and identify potential upsell and expansion opportunities - Act as a champion for the customer, escalating issues and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met - Build strong relationships with clients, gather regular feedback, and highlight the business value gained through product usage - Conduct ongoing calls with customers until I&C is complete, providing training on product functionality and features - Anticipate and address risks and barriers to customer engagement with Device42 products - Collect and convey product feedback from customers to the Device42 product team - Hold alignment meetings with customers and internal product teams to brainstorm solutions for emerging challenges - Collaborate with Partners to strengthen relationships and support their success with our customers - Report key customer metrics such as adoption, production status, and risk for visibility into customer health Qualifications: - 5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation, professional services, systems engineering, or related fields, preferably in multi-cloud environments or IT infrastructure - Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences - Strong listening and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships internally and externally - Proficiency in leading meetings and discussions both internally and externally - Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment - Experience handling a significant number of accounts while prioritizing customer needs and driving technical success - Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally, whether with support, product development, or sales teams - Knowledge of Enterprise ITSM and Discovery software, along with deep expertise in enterprise application stacks - Familiarity with Hypervisors, Cloud providers, Windows and Linux administration, Networking, and Storage; experience with ServiceNow and/or Jira is a plus (Note: Additional Information section omitted as it was not provided in the job description) Role Overview: As a Device42 Customer Success Engineer at Freshworks, you will play a crucial role in enabling our largest and most strategic customers to quickly realize business value through the implementation of our software.
