This role focuses on handling day-to-day operational activities, resolving customer and client escalations, and collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Location: Jaipur

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operational tasks, including responding to customer queries through email, chat, and Calls.
  • Track and resolve customer issues promptly within defined SLAs.
  • Handle customer and client escalations efficiently with empathy and accuracy.
  • Investigate and provide resolution or route issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Services, Operations, Sales, etc.) to drive resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain effective communication loops to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client website status, resolution providing, and customer feedback trends.
  • Should be well versed and must have sound knowledge of upselling and cross selling

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (Any stream/Fresher)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with 24*7 environment
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a commitment to service excellence and quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure while prioritizing tasks smartly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Bitrix) and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Problem-solving orientation with an ownership mindset.
