Role Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team. The role involves handling calls and emails from customers worldwide, providing timely support during medical emergencies, accidents, or travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance. Coordinate with global partners and service providers to deliver solutions efficiently. Handle cases involving customers traveling in Europe and the US , requiring familiarity with their geography, cultural nuances, and healthcare systems . Maintain detailed case documentation and follow compliance protocols. Work collaboratively within a team to meet service standards and KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: Prior exposure to Europe and US regions in customer service, travel assistance, or healthcare support roles. Knowledge: Basic understanding of European and US geography , major cities, and time zones. Awareness of current affairs and cultural context for effective communication. Familiarity with travel norms and healthcare systems in these regions is a plus. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Fluent in English). Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
