Our mission is to prevent accidents and disease, provide emergency assistance, and help people recover after illness or accidents.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Assistance team. The role involves handling calls and emails from customers worldwide, providing timely support during medical emergencies, accidents, or travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Coordinate with global partners and service providers to deliver solutions efficiently.
  • Handle cases involving customers traveling in Europe and the US, requiring familiarity with their geography, cultural nuances, and healthcare systems.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation and follow compliance protocols.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to meet service standards and KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Prior exposure to Europe and US regions in customer service, travel assistance, or healthcare support roles.
  • Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of European and US geography, major cities, and time zones.
  • Awareness of current affairs and cultural context for effective communication.
  • Familiarity with travel norms and healthcare systems in these regions is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Fluent in English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
