Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, or telecom-related queries
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when required
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved issues
Requirements:
Graduate with excellent communication skills
16 years of experience in customer service (Travel or Telecom domain preferred)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
