We’re hiring a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

8+ years of experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 CE requirements
• Design, configure, and customize CE solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, and Plugins
• Develop workflows, business process flows, and automation to streamline operations
• Manage data migration and integrations with other enterprise systems
• Train and support users for smooth adoption
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
• Participate in Agile rituals (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, backlog sessions)
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
• Collaborate on source control best practices and improve DevOps efficiency
• Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across DevOps practices

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
• Proven track record in delivering 3+ end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects
• Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 CE modules
• Proficiency with the Power Platform and Dataverse (CDS)
• Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Fetch XML, and SQL Server
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party apps and APIs
• Comfortable working in agile environments with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control
• Familiarity with Git, YAML pipelines, PowerShell scripting, and automated deployments
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

• Experience with automated unit testing frameworks for Dynamics 365 solutions
