Senior Creative Designer

Job Overview:

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will be the visual brain behind compelling campaigns, brand stories, and engaging content. You will lead the creative direction of projects, working collaboratively with marketing, product, and development teams to create high-quality designs that align with business goals and delight users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy & Leadership:
• Translate brand vision and strategy into innovative and visually stunning concepts.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape creative briefs and set design standards.
• Design Execution:
• Design across multiple formats: digital ads, social media creatives, websites, branding materials, packaging, presentations, and more.
• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs while pushing creative boundaries.
• Own end-to-end design delivery—from ideation and mockups to final execution.
• Brand Development:
• Build and evolve brand identity systems across platforms.
• Create and maintain style guides, templates, and brand assets for internal and external use.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align design with goals and messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to business challenges.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work in digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
