As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Creative Designer to bring our visuals and stories to life—across performance ads, 3D videos, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Design performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, Amazon, and website
• Create 3D product animations and explainer videos using tools like Blender or After Effects
• Build engaging short-form content for social media (Reels, GIFs, animated banners)
• Work closely with the founder and digital team to translate product benefits into visual stories
• Help maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints
• Guide and collaborate with an intern for design execution

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic + motion design
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proficient in Blender / Cinema 4D / similar for 3D product rendering and animation
• Portfolio of work across performance creatives and video animation
• Eye for clean, modern design and storytelling
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Bonus: Experience designing for D2C, ecommerce, or tech brands
