Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer, your role involves crafting and maintaining the visual identity of our client's brands to ensure an engaging, premium, and consistent brand identity across all marketing touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, growth, and operations teams to develop high-impact visual assets for digital marketing, packaging, social media, video ads, and offline materials. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain consistent visual identities for all brands. - Create and refine brand guidelines to align with marketing and business goals. - Develop key visuals and hero creatives for marketing initiatives. - Create engaging video ads for digital and traditional media. - Conceptualize and execute campaign creatives across various marketing channels. - Design ATL assets for comprehensive marketing campaigns. - Oversee the design and production of print materials, packaging, and offline advertising. - Ensure high-quality execution for menus, in-store branding, and OOH assets. - Innovate packaging designs to enhance the customer experience. - Assist in photoshoots and video shoots to ensure high-quality outputs. - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for production and printing needs. - Work closely with marketing, product, and category teams to craft compelling campaigns. - Stay updated on design trends, branding aesthetics, and competitor strategies. - Optimize all assets for performance and A/B testing. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or creative direction. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Video editing skills are necessary, and exposure to Motion graphics is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital ads, video content, and social media design will be advantageous.
