Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Copywriter with strong conceptual skills and a strategic mindset to lead copy development for integrated digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate excels in ideation, understands the nuances of different digital platforms, and can craft high-performing content that resonates with audiences and drives action. Key Responsibilities: Lead copywriting efforts across major campaigns—ad copy, CTAs, taglines, product messaging, and social captions. Drive creative ideation with cross-functional teams, providing strategic input and innovative content solutions. Maintain and evolve brand voice across all digital channels. Mentor junior copywriters and oversee quality of written output. Analyze campaign performance to refine messaging and optimize content strategy. Collaborate closely with design, media, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or similar. 3–5+ years of experience in digital copywriting, preferably in agency or brand-side environments. Strong portfolio showcasing ad campaigns, social content, and digital-first copywriting. Proficiency in short-form writing, storytelling, and conceptual thinking. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
