Role Overview:

Senior Coordinator / Coordinator

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and on-ground stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Coordination:

  Assist in planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Act as a bridge between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

• Problem-Solving:

  Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.

• Performance Tracking:

  Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.

• Go-to-Market Support:

  Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans for new initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles.

• B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges).

• Proficiency in

  Bengali

  & Hindi

  language is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across West Bengal as required.
