We leverage data and technology to drive large-scale political campaigns, design action-oriented community outreach, formulate targeted communications, and make government programs more effective. Position Overview: We’re looking for an experienced and driven SDE III – Backend to join our core engineering team at Jarvis Technology & Strategy Consulting. In this role, you'll play a critical part in building scalable systems that power political campaigns, governance tech, and community engagement platforms across India. You’ll lead development efforts, architect complex backend systems, and work across the stack when needed. If you enjoy solving meaningful real-world problems, working on systems that operate at scale, and mentoring others—this is the right opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Architect and build scalable backend systems and full stack applications Own microservices, APIs, and database design Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to ship impactful features Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and engineering best practices Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on backend/full stack experience Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and performance optimization Experience with distributed systems, caching strategies, and database tuning Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code Proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills Why Join Jarvis Build tech that drives political and social impact at scale.
