Job Summary:

highly experienced Controls & Industrial Automation Engineer (Trainer)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
PLC, SCADA, and HMI-based automation systems.
Lead and mentor
teams on control system design, programming, and troubleshooting.
Develop training modules
for PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.), motion control, and robotics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to define automation requirements and process improvements.
Perform system commissioning, testing, and validation
at customer sites or remotely.
Optimize system performance
and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Ensure compliance
with safety, electrical codes, and industry standards.
Document technical procedures, SOPs, and training materials
for internal and client use.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience
in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and control systems design.
Strong expertise in
Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or Mitsubishi PLC platforms.
Experience with
motion control, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols
(Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus).
Hands-on knowledge of
robotics integration
and control system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with
electrical panel design, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation.
Excellent
problem-solving, leadership, and training skills.
Good knowledge of
Industry 4.0, IIoT, and data-driven manufacturing systems
is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Control Systems Engineering.
Experience in
leading projects
and managing cross-functional teams.
Exposure to
safety systems (SIL, IEC 61508, ISO 13849).
Prior experience in
training or mentoring engineers/technicians.
