Job Title: Sr Content Writer

Location: Noida, India

Compensation: Attractive Base Salary + Performance Linked Bonus

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, accurate content for the website: landing pages, product pages, blogs, marketing materials targeted at SaaS and workforce management audiences.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive user manuals, onboarding guides, and detailed step-by-step product documentation to support both clients and internal teams.
  • Draft, edit, and revise internal policy documents and compliance resources to ensure clarity and regulatory alignment for international markets.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to capture technical workflows and translate them into clear, user-friendly documentation.
  • Ensure all written materials meet organizational standards for tone, brand, accessibility, and SEO optimization.
  • Conduct diligent research to stay on top of product updates and industry best practices, providing continual improvements to all content.
  • Meticulously review, proofread, and quality-check all documentation for consistency, correctness, and usability.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in content writing for SaaS, workforce management, HRTech, or technology companies serving a global client base.
  • Demonstrated excellence in preparing user manuals, technical documentation, and web-based content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital engagement best practices.
  • Experience with CMS, digital collaboration tools, and document version control.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects to deadline in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
