Role Overview

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development

• Research, write, and edit blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces on real estate and related industries.
• Develop research-driven materials including whitepapers, case studies, and playbooks.
• Create compelling video scripts and storyboards to support multimedia campaigns.

• Digital Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the social media team to produce fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content.
• Write impactful copy for social media posts, campaigns, and ad creatives.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.

• Client-Facing Content

• Develop persuasive marketing copy for brochures, hoardings, email campaigns, and other collaterals.
• Craft narratives that align with client brand positioning and campaign objectives.

• Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to bring fresh insights into content strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a content writer, preferably in marketing, advertising, or real estate.
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across blogs, social media, scripts, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong research skills and attention to detail.
