We need resources to provide client service and support who can assist with improving our Payment API documentation when not directly assisting clientsClient Service and SupportRespond to Client InquiriesMonitor shared email box for client communicationInitial response to client communicationAnswer basic questions, respond with documentationIdentify inquiries for escalationEscalate to Payment Production SupportCommunicate updates and resolution to clients with documentation to meet assigned SLAs.Capture use case, documentation provided, documentation needed and resolution for use in further documentationCommunicate Scheduled OutagesReceive and track scheduled outages for Payment and Enterprise APIs, Payment Processing and Environments.Communicate scheduled outages meeting assigned SLAs to client.Communicate restoration of service when required to meet SLAs to client.Certificate registrationTrack certificate expiry and respond to requests from Onboarding Team for new certificatesCommunicate to clientsCollect certificates from clientRegister with Cloud and Encryption TeamSend Client Ids and other data to clients for onboarding and certificate replacement.DocumentationImprove client facing API documentationProduct/Developer Guides for Wires, ACH, EFT & Interac API ProductsAssist in transition of documentation to Developer PortalCollect and create use case documentation for Onboarding and Support rolesClient communicationsUse case identificationAPI Sandbox resourcesAPI Specification resourcesDocument test casesAssist in transition of documentation and resources to CS&I support structureAssist Onboarding Technical ConsultantsSupport Project Management TasksSchedule meetingsCreate and distribute documents and meeting minutesUpdate tracking and project plansUpdate status of items in JiraUpdate confluence pages
