About the Role:

Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment – from requirement gathering to onboarding – for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Act as a trusted advisor to business heads and hiring managers, providing insights on hiring trends, market intelligence, and workforce planning.
  • Talent Strategy:

    Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and future workforce needs.
  • Sourcing & Headhunting:

    Leverage innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting, social recruiting, referrals, market mapping, and job boards to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Brand Advocacy:

    Promote the company’s employer brand and enhance visibility among potential candidates.
  • Data-Driven Hiring:

    Use recruitment analytics to track metrics, evaluate hiring effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring & Collaboration:

    Guide junior recruiters or coordinators, where applicable, and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in a consulting, search, or corporate environment.
  • Strong expertise in headhunting, executive search, and senior-level hiring.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep industry knowledge and network within Pharma, Real Estate, Chemical and Manufacturing Sectors.
