Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant – Strategy & Advisory Services located in New Delhi, supporting the delivery of projects across the GCC. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for conducting strategic business analysis, offering advisory services, leading consulting projects, and developing tailored solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, data analysis, report generation, and providing actionable recommendations. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants and collaborating closely with clients to achieve their business objectives. The Senior Consultant will be expected to travel frequently to Empact's office locations (Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, KSA) for project delivery requirements, including client meetings, discussions, stakeholder engagements, industry interviews.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Strategic Business Analysis, Data Analysis, and Report Generation
• Experience in Client Advisory Services, Consulting Projects, and Solution Development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant research, advisory and/or consulting experience
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects in Dubai or the GCC region is a plus
