We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – IT GCC Setup

Location and work model

[Gurgaon, Pune, bangalore] | [On-site / Hybrid / Remote]

Role :

You will lead digital strategy advisory, digital roadmap design, digital transformation, and digital operating models with a strong focus on setting up IT Shared Services or Global Capability Centers. Your expertise will include IT service management, cost savings, IT governance, and business case preparation to support GCC initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Drive digital strategy advisory and transformation projects.

Lead the setup of IT Shared Service or Global Capability Centers

Manage IT service management, IT cost savings, and IT governance initiatives.

Design IT process flowcharts based on ITIL and COBIT frameworks.

Lead client consulting projects with strong analytical and presentation skills

Communicate effectively with CxO-level stakeholders.

Deliver actionable insights based on industry-specific research.

Work within premier strategy consulting or Big 4 consulting environments.

What are we looking for?

6+ years of overall experience with focus on digital strategy and IT GCC setup.

Experience in IT Shared Services or Global Capability Centers.

Skills in IT service management, cost savings, governance, and business case preparation.

Experience designing processes based on ITIL and COBIT is desirable.

Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.

Preference for candidates from premier MBA colleges with consulting experience in top firms.
