Job Description

Advanced Data Analysis & Strategy:

Leads the collection, processing, and analysis of complex datasets. Designs scalable data pipelines and reporting systems to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting Architecture & Visualization:
Develops and optimizes enterprise-level dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL. Ensures visualizations are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with business goals.
Statistical Modeling & Predictive Analytics:
Applies advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support data-driven strategies.
Process Optimization & Automation:
Identifies and implements opportunities to automate data workflows and improve reporting efficiency. Establishes standards for data quality and reporting consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partners with digital technology, data engineering, and business teams to align data initiatives with organizational priorities. Acts as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Goverce & Data Quality Assurance:
Oversees data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data goverce policies.
Leadership & Mentorship:
Leads analytics projects and initiatives, mentors junior team members, and promotes best practices in data reporting and visualization. Influences data strategy and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Builds strong relationships with business leaders to understand their data needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics or reporting roles
Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and other BI platforms
Strong understanding of user-centric design and data storytelling
Fluent in English
