Candidate Requirements

4 -6 years of professional experience, specifically in the areas of Data Strategy, Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Architecture. This experience should ideally be gained within consulting-led environments.
A solid understanding of major data types, including master data, transactional data, real-time data, and analytics data, is essential. Candidates must be familiar with the unique requirements and challenges associated with each data category.
Experience from sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), and Energy & Utilities is preferred, particularly where this experience has been gained on European projects.
Proficiency in developing business models, synthesizing comprehensive reports, documenting business processes, and creating effective storyboards that communicate complex information clearly.
Prior experience working with, or on behalf of, a leading global consulting firm is highly desirable.
Educational qualifications should include a degree in Science, Technology, or a related field, complemented by a post-graduate degree in Management (MBA or PGP) from a top-tier business school.
Exposure to DAMA-DMBOK framework with CDMP certification will be considered an advantage.
Understanding of delivering automated solutions using agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies will be seen as an additional advantage.
