Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and stakeholder coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and highly skilled teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical project components while meeting customer needs and achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), manage component-level activities, and ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.You’ll specifically take care of coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, but also lead component-level decisions and trade-offs.We’ll look to you for:
- Applying project strategies to meet contractual and project commitments
- Delivering QCDP commitments for component work packages
- Planning, monitoring, and controlling component activities end-to-end
- Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams
- Managing risks, opportunities, and change at the component level
- Reporting transparently on component performance and KPIs

- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
- IPMA Level D (or equivalent) certification
- 2+ years of experience as a component manager
- Experience working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Knowledge of stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes
