Senior Component Sub System Manager

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and stakeholder coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and highly skilled teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical project components while meeting customer needs and achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), manage component-level activities, and ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.

Youll specifically take care of coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, but also lead component-level decisions and trade-offs.

• Applying project strategies to meet contractual and project commitments
• Delivering QCDP commitments for component work packages
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling component activities end-to-end
• Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams
• Managing risks, opportunities, and change at the component level
• Reporting transparently on component performance and KPIs

• Masters or Bachelors degree
• IPMA Level D (or equivalent) certification
• 2+ years of experience as a component manager
• Experience working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures
• Strong understanding of project management principles
• Knowledge of stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes.
