Could you be the full-time Component Manager in Maneja we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and stakeholder coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and highly skilled teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical project components while meeting customer needs and achieving Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), manage component-level activities, and ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, but also lead component-level decisions and trade-offs.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying project strategies to meet contractual and project commitments
Delivering QCDP commitments for component work packages
Planning, monitoring, and controlling component activities end-to-end
Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams
Managing risks, opportunities, and change at the component level
Reporting transparently on component performance and KPIs
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
IPMA Level D (or equivalent) certification
2+ years of experience as a component manager
Experience working in multi-national companies and diverse business cultures
Strong understanding of project management principles
Knowledge of stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes
