Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Rapid7 is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team and help design and deliver sustainable compensation programs that impact every employee globally. This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, analytical, and excited to make an impact in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, you’ll work closely with People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our culture.

About the Team
The Total Rewards team is dedicated to building and delivering compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent. We work cross-functionally to ensure our employees are supported and rewarded in ways that reflect both market competitiveness and Rapid7’s values.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure offers are competitive and equitable, while maintaining internal alignment.
• Support survey participation and expand the use of global survey data to strengthen compensation benchmarking.
• Partner on the rollout of annual compensation and equity cycles (merit, promotions, bonus, equity grants), ensuring alignment with Rapid7’s compensation philosophy and budget.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, address compensation issues, and propose innovative solutions.
• Optimize compensation processes in Workday to improve manager and employee experience while maintaining compliance with SOX, internal policies, and local labor
