Senior Compensation Analyst

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure offers are competitive and equitable, while maintaining internal alignment.
Support survey participation and expand the use of global survey data to strengthen compensation benchmarking. Partner on the rollout of annual compensation and equity cycles (merit, promotions, bonus, equity grants), ensuring alignment with Rapid7 s compensation philosophy and budget. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, address compensation issues, and propose innovative solutions. Optimize compensation processes in Workday to improve manager and employee experience while maintaining compliance with SOX, internal policies, and local laborlaws.

The skills and qualities you ll bring include:
Bachelor s degree and 5+ years of compensation experience, with demonstrated expertise in global program design and execution. Strong knowledge of compensation practices and trends, with experience in a global company. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable solutions. Collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving with business partners. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving needs.
