Job Description

Senior Company Secretary (CS)

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Act as Company Secretary for statutory and compliance purposes under Companies Act and Listing Regulations.
  • Handle

    due diligence work

    and assist in the preparation of DRHP and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with counsels, BRLMs, and company directors.
  • Organize and conduct board meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain statutory records.
  • Manage compliance filings and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide

    basic contract management support

    as required.

Requirements:-

  • Qualified Company Secretary with valid Membership Number.
  • 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

    , including exposure to a listed company.
  • Mandatory additional qualification: LL.B.

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, listing regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
