Corporate Governance: - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. - Organize and manage Board and Committee meetings, including preparing agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions. - Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance best practices, statutory obligations, and corporate law. 2. Statutory Compliance: - Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns and documents with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (RoC), SEBI, and other relevant bodies. - Maintain statutory books and registers, including the register of members, directors, and secretaries. 3. Legal & Regulatory Advisory: - Provide legal guidance on contracts, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and other business transactions in the real estate and manufacturing sectors. - Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business. 4. Risk Management: - Identify, assess, and manage legal risks associated with the companys operations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
