Senior CloudSense Developer / Solution Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• CloudSense Solution Design & Development:

  • Design and develop customized modules in

    CloudSense

    , focusing on CPQ, Order Management, Pricing, and Contract processes.
  • Build and enhance CloudSense components based on business requirements using best practices and performance-optimized code.

• Process Implementation:

  • Implement and maintain workflows related to

    order orchestration

    and

    frame agreement processes

    .
  • Define and manage product and service catalog design, pricing strategies, and quote-to-order flow.

• Integration Development:

  • Develop and support integrations using platforms like

    Heroku

    ,

    MuleSoft

    , or similar middleware.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between CloudSense and external systems (CRM, ERP, Billing, etc.).

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Gather requirements directly from enterprise business users, analyze and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
  • Lead design reviews with the Information Systems (IS) team and secure business sign-off on finalized requirements.

• Project Delivery & Support:

  • Contribute to all phases of SDLC: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Be flexible and available to align work hours with the Singapore business timezone as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in

  CloudSense development

  , including customization and configuration.
• Strong expertise in:

  • CloudSense CPQ

  • Order Management

  • Pricing Services

  • Deal and Contract Management

• Strong understanding of:

  • Order orchestration

  • Frame agreement processes

• Proven experience integrating with middleware platforms like

  Heroku

  or

  MuleSoft

  .
• Ability to independently drive requirement gathering and design discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Telecommunications domain

  experience or familiarity with common telco business models and BSS/OSS stacks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certifications in Salesforce or CloudSense platforms.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
