The Team
Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on ServiceNow.
Work you ll do
We are seeking an experienced and result driven ServiceNow Developer
at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in ITSM/ITOM/GRC/HRSD/ITAM, ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, GRC, ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM modules.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.
- Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
- Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.
Key Skills required:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 8 years of hands-on experience with the
ServiceNow platform
. - Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:

Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM -
HRSD:
Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Centre, Lifecycle Events, Onboarding -
ITOM:
Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping -
ITAM:
HAM, SAM -
ITSM:
Integration, UI Builder, UI Policies
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
