Role & responsibilities

Develop & execute CRM strategies to improve customer experience & sales conversion.
Manage CRM tools for lead tracking & automation.
Build customer engagement, referral & retention programs.
Handle client queries, escalations & ensure service excellence.
Analyze data, prepare MIS/reports & support decision-making.
Lead & mentor CRM team, coordinate with sales/marketing for campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

6-8 years of CRM experience
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms & customer lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, leadership & analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel
