Job Description: Senior Client Experience & Consultative Sales Specialist
Role Overview:
This is a premium, consultative, client-facing role where you will be the face of Nestable for our High Net-Worth (HNI) customers. You will lead walkthroughs, build relationships, guide clients through high-value decisions, and uphold our gold-standard service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Experience & Brand Representation - Create a flawless, world-class visitor experience for every client. - Conduct immersive walkthroughs of our display units, explaining design philosophy, engineering, and customisation options. - Engage confidently with HNIs, architects, hospitality owners, and investors.
2. Consultative Sales & Pipeline Management - Own and nurture inbound leads with a consultative approach, not transactional selling. - Manage negotiations with clarity, empathy, and strategic insight. - Maintain disciplined follow-ups via CRM; ensure zero lead leakage.
3. Leadership & Centre Presentation - Act as a role model for junior sales associates in grooming, communication, and sales etiquette. - Provide on-floor coaching and guidance. - Ensure the Experience Centre is always visitor-ready, both aesthetically and technically. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in premium, high-involvement customer-facing industries. - Comfortable interacting with HNIs, CXOs, business owners, and investors. - Impeccable grooming, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong consultative selling skills focused on advising, not pushing. - Willingness to work from the Greater Noida Experience Centre (5 days a week; weekends if required for premium client visits).
