Recruiter: Sarthi Partner About the Opportunity Sarthi Partner is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead civil construction works at our client's facility in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, review, and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and project schedules with precision.
2. Create and maintain AutoCAD drawings, site layouts, and detailed structural plans.
3. Supervise on-site construction activities, foundation work, and structural implementations.
4. Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
5. Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and project specifications.
6. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot technical and site-related challenges, and provide regular status reports.
7. Maintain comprehensive records of materials usage, work progress, and contractor billing. 
8. Support project planning, facility expansions, and modification works as required.  

Candidate Requirements

1. B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
2. 7–10 years of hands-on experience in civil project execution and site management.
3. Advanced proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and AutoCAD software.
4. Strong knowledge of RCC structures, foundation design, and construction supervision.
5. Expertise in project documentation and effective coordination with contractors and vendors.
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
