About the Role

Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  civil, structural, and finishing works

  at the site to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate with

  architects, interior designers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors

  for seamless project execution.
• Ensure

  premium-quality finishes

  as per international hospitality standards.
• Manage

  quality control, material selection, and workmanship

  to meet the highest standards of luxury interiors.
• Prepare and monitor

  work schedules, progress reports, and cost control measures.

• Review and verify

  drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings

  before implementation.
• Handle

  on-site problem solving, inspection, and approval

  of finishing works.
• Ensure strict compliance with

  safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  from a reputed institution.
• Minimum

  10 years of experience

  in site execution, finishing, and interior fit-out works for

  luxury hotels, premium clubs, or high-end residential projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of

  materials, detailing, and finishing standards.

• Ability to

  manage multiple contractors and consultants

  effectively.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering

  projects with exceptional quality and on schedule.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience with

  5-star hospitality projects

  or

  elite real estate developments.

• Exposure to

  international interior design standards

  and

  premium finishing materials.

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management tools.
