Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor
bridge construction works
including minor/major bridges, culverts, ROBs, and viaducts.
Supervise and manage
piling, pier, abutment, and superstructure activities
.
Oversee
precasting, stressing, and launching operations
for girders and other components.
Review and interpret
construction drawings, designs, and technical specifications
.
Ensure compliance with
Railway, IRC, IS codes, and project quality standards
.
Coordinate with
consultants, design teams, and subcontractors
for smooth execution.
Prepare
daily/weekly progress reports, bar bending schedules, and quantity tracking
.
Monitor usage of materials and manpower to ensure optimal resource utilization.
