Role & responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor bridge construction works including minor/major bridges, culverts, ROBs, and viaducts. Supervise and manage piling, pier, abutment, and superstructure activities . Oversee precasting, stressing, and launching operations for girders and other components. Review and interpret construction drawings, designs, and technical specifications . Ensure compliance with Railway, IRC, IS codes, and project quality standards . Coordinate with consultants, design teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, bar bending schedules, and quantity tracking . Monitor usage of materials and manpower to ensure optimal resource utilization. Preferred candidate profile
Job Title: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Location: Head Office – SCR NIRMAN (6 days Working Work from Office) Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Budget: -5.5 LPA (negotiable for better candidate) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage site-related financial activities from the Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and verifying site bills, processing payments, conducting periodic site audits, analyzing expenses, and preparing MIS reports for management review. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other accounting principles relevant to the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: · Handle site payment processing from the Head Office in coordination with site teams. · Collect, verify, and cross-check site bills and supporting documents before payment release. · Conduct monthly audits and surprise checks at project sites as per management requirements. · Maintain proper records of site-wise expenses and ensure timely reconciliation with Head Office accounts. · Analyze site expenses and prepare monthly cost and variance analysis reports. · Prepare and present MIS reports and expenditure summaries for management review. · Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements in all financial transactions. · Assist in vendor payment tracking, invoice booking, and accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. · Coordinate with the internal audit team and support in finalizing audit observations. · Support in preparation of monthly financial statements, ledgers, and other accounting schedules. · Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation and communication. Key Skills & Competencies: · Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software · Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances · Good understanding of construction site accounting and expense management · Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and MIS reporting · Attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability · Strong communication and coordination skills Qualification & Experience: · Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) · Experience: 4–6 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, infrastructure industry
