VARUNÉ Group is a multi-sector organisation working across technology, design, AI-pharma, and professional services. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Operations & Communications Manager to support the Executive Office and help coordinate activities across several teams.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting leadership teams in fast-moving environments.

ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Coordination

  • Manage email correspondence, inbox organisation, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
  • Prepare summaries, documentation, and action lists after meetings.
  • Support cross-company coordination between multiple teams.

Business Operations & Administration

  • Maintain OneDrive, Teams, and shared folders with clean structure.
  • Draft and edit business documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist with preparing proposals, internal documentation, and basic templates.
  • Maintain operational trackers, logs, and task lists.

Communications & Outreach

  • Draft professional emails for partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing communication materials such as bios, briefs, and summaries.
  • Coordinate with external organisations when required.

Project & Team Support

  • Assist design, content, engineering, and PR teams with admin tasks.
  • Maintain project progress trackers and update status information.
  • Support onboarding processes and information management.

AI-Enabled Efficiency

  • Use AI tools to help draft documents, summarise notes, and automate basic tasks.
  • Build simple workflows or templates to improve team efficiency.

RequirementsEssential

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, administrative management, executive assistance, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in fast-growing companies, technology, healthcare, or design environments.
  • Familiarity with Notion, AI tools, or task-tracking systems.
  • Experience preparing business documents, proposals, or presentations.
