Senior Business Manager

You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Senior Business Manager at a technology services company based in Noida. As the head of a Business Unit, your primary responsibilities will include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should be goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales and client management. **Responsibilities:** - Set and achieve business goals to drive revenue growth. - Manage existing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on developing marketing collaterals and proposals, and engaging in prospecting activities. - Conduct business research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Work with founders to secure high-value deals and oversee project delivery standards. - Address and resolve client escalations related to project delivery. - Allocate and plan resources effectively with senior project managers. - Oversee the performance appraisal process and conduct profit and loss analysis. - Collaborate with department heads on various activities such as invoicing, hiring, and training. **Qualifications/Skills:** - Excellent communication skills, especially with US clients. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. - B.Tech./MBA degree or equivalent. - Previous experience in sales, marketing, and client management. - Minimum of 3 years of client management experience. - Total work experience of 5+ years. - Strong problem-solving attitude.
